These Terms govern your use of the Maple Majestic Peak website and any service, reservation or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you represent that this is the case. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to comply with our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by Canada law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Maple Majestic Peak or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vancouver.
